lib64z1 software package provides compression library - 64 bit runtime, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install lib64z1
lib64z1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the lib64z1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep lib64z1 *
You will get with lib64z1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
